Whole Wheat Bread

Mix all ingredients and knead together. If the dough is too firm, add a little water. Cover the mixture in a bowl and let it sit for 1 hour in a warm place.
On a floured surface form a roll, cut the dough into 15 pieces and shape it into various pastries. Carefully place the dough onto a lined baking tray, brush with a little water and sprinkle with different seeds.
Cover and allow to sit for further 20 minutes before being baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
