Sweet Couscous with blueberries

  • 75 g Couscous
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 5 blueberries
  • 1 banana small
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Organic Veganz Agave Syrup


  • Heat the almond milk in a small pot.

  • Pour the almond milk over the couscous and let it soak for about 3 minutes.

  • Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces.

  • Stirr the couscous with a fork and add cinnamon, banana pieces and blueberries. Optionally, add some agave syrup to sweeten.
