Superfood-Breakfast-Bowl

SandijpgA good and healthy breakfast in the morning is the most important thing for me. Especially before I go for a run, I need some energizing superfood that gives me power. My favourite ingredients are açai and maca powder, gojiberries, chia seeds and cocoa nibs. Add some fresh fruit and I am fit for the day. A great source of energy before going to sport! By the way I am Sandi, part of the product management team and responsible for planning activities, scouting of new products and training.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml coconut drink
  • 4 tbsp. oat flakes small
  • 3 tbsp. Bio Veganz Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp. Bio Veganz Açai Powder
  • 1 tsp. Organic Veganz Maca Powder
  • ½ tbsp. Bio Veganz Coconut Sugar
For the topping

Instructions

  • Heat up the coconut drink, mix in oat flakes and chia seeds and let it soak. The warmer, the faster it goes.

  • Mix in açai and maca powder, then coconut blossom sugar.

  • Decorate with a topping of fresh fruit. gojiberries and cocoa nibs.
