Superfood Banana Bread
- 414 bananas ripe
- 25062.5250 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 10025100 ml sunflower oil
- 51.255 tablespoons mango lucuma chia topping from Davert
- 414 tablespoons Organic Veganz Agave Syrup
- 10.251 teaspoon cream of tartar
Mash the bananas with a fork.
Knead all ingredients together into a dough.
Put the mixture into a loaf tin (25cm).
Bake in a 180° C (top /bottom heat) preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
