Superfood Banana Bread

Don't miss this superfood banana bread from Davert! Chia, spelt and bananas provide an extra dose of nutrients and make this deliciously soft bread a highlight on every breakfast table.


  • 4 bananas ripe
  • 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 5 tablespoons mango lucuma chia topping from Davert
  • 4 tablespoons Organic Veganz Agave Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar


  • Mash the bananas with a fork.

  • Knead all ingredients together into a dough.

  • Put the mixture into a loaf tin (25cm).

  • Bake in a 180° C (top /bottom heat) preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
