- ½0.125 ½ cane sugar
- 30.753 tsp fenugreek Clover or other bread seasoning
- 35087.5350 ml lukewarm water
- 61.56 cm sticks

Mix flour with dry yeast and then mix with the remaining ingredients. With an electric mixer (dough hook) mix another 5 minutes. Cover and let rise in a warm place.
Wrap sticks with aluminum foil, knead the dough again and portion into 6 pieces. Wrap each piece of dough around one of the sticks.
Grill the stick bread 10-15 minutes, turning frequently.
