Soy-Pear-Drink with Pomegranate

Aromatic pear and fruity fresh pomegranate meet delicous soy milk. Start your morning with this drink and get a vitamin rush for the day.

  • 1 pomegrenate
  • 1 aromatic pear e.g. Abate or Williams
  • 1 tbsp. pear juice
  • 200 ml soy drink


  • Cut the pomegranate in slices, wear gloves and remove the seeds of the segments. Wash the pear, cut in quarters, remove the seeds and cut into smaller pieces.

  • Mix all ingredients with the pear juice and soy milk in a blender, then distribute the drink in glasses.

Additional information

Pomegranate seeds and pear pieces can go in the freezer for about 30 minutes, this makes the drink even creamier. Mix the soy milk with fruits in season such as strawberries, cherries, apples or mixed berries – a vitamin rich breakfast. For a pure fruit smoothie use grape juice instead of soy milk.
