Red Ravioli with Lupin Stuffing
- 10025100 g alberts lupin-cocktail-sausages
- 10.251 onion small chopped
- 30075300 g flour
- 15037.5150 ml red beet juice
- ½0.125 ½ tsp. salt
- 20.52 tbsp. soy sauce
- oil for frying
Knead the flour, red beet juice and salt to a smooth dough. Cut the sausages in small slices and fry together with onions in hot oil. Stirr in the soy sauce and mix everything together.
Roll out the pasta dough very thin and cut out circles. Put the filling in the middle of a circle and cover it with another circle. Repeat and cook the raviolis in boiling water for about 4 minutes.
We recommend to serve this dish with a vegan cheese-cream sauce or carbonara sauce.
