Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 80 g cashews
  • 2 mangos
  • 60 g dates pitted
  • 1 vanilla bean Scrapings
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews overnight for 8 hours.

  • In the morning, drain the water and rinse off the nuts.

  • Peel the mangos, remove the cores and chop them into pieces.

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.
