Power Bar With Chia Seeds And Hemp Seeds

An absolute energizer! Chia seeds and hemp seeds are Superfoods and give you all-day energy and strength. Perfect for all athletes!


  • 50 g Margarine
  • 50 g Bio Veganz Agave Syrup
  • 50 g 4-Grain-Flake
  • 10 g organic Veganz chia seeds
  • 10 g hemp seeds Shelled
  • 5 g sunflower seeds
  • 5 g hemp seeds whole
  • 1 pinch powdered vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt


  • Melt the margarine at a low temperature and add the agave syrup.

  • Mix with the other ingredients.

  • Spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • At 160 °C, bake for about 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and push the mass together to form a rectangle. Leave to cool slightly and cut into bars while still warm.
