Porridge With Chia Seeds, Soy Milk And Blueberries
- 505050 g Allos Vital breakfast porridge with Chia
- 100100100 ml water
- 757575 ml soy milk
- Blueberries fresh or frozen
- ½0.5 ½ apple
- 111 tsp linseed oil
- almonds cinnamon, organic Veganz agave sirup (optional)
The Allos Vital breakfast porridge (and if refrigerated, blueberries) in a bowl and add 100 ml of hot water.
Let stand about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, grate the apple or cut into small pieces.
Now add the soy milk, linseed oil, the apple (and fresh blueberries) and mix.
Add cinnamon to taste, sprinkle flaked almonds and sweeten with agave syrup Allos.
