Porridge With Chia Seeds, Soy Milk And Blueberries

  • 50 g Allos Vital breakfast porridge with Chia
  • 100 ml water
  • 75 ml soy milk
  • Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ apple
  • 1 tsp linseed oil
  • almonds cinnamon, organic Veganz agave sirup (optional)


  • The Allos Vital breakfast porridge (and if refrigerated, blueberries) in a bowl and add 100 ml of hot water.

  • Let stand about 5 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, grate the apple or cut into small pieces.
