Peanut butter balls in chocolate

A wonderful peanut and chocolate recipe. Although the recipe requires a little time, it is not only beautiful; it is also a delicious gift.


  • 255 g peanut butter
  • 120 g icing sugar
  • 340 g chocolate drops vegan
  • 16 wooden toothpick


  • In a bowl mix the peanut butter and the icing sugar with your hands to form a smooth mixture. Depending on the consistency of peanut butter, a little less or a little more powdered sugar is may be needed.

  • Roll a tablespoon of the mixture together to form a total of 16 balls. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put a toothpick in the middle of each one. (This step facilitates the subsequent coating with chocolate.)

  • Place in the freezer until frozen.

  • For the coating, melt the chocolate in a hot water bath.

  • Take the peanut butter balls from the freezer. Individually dip the balls in the chocolate and put back on the baking sheet.

  • Gently pull out the toothpick and carefully cover the resulting hole immediately with a smooth surface. When smoothing a small tip is formed, which looks very pretty.

  • Allow the chocolate to cool completely until hardened. Only then put the balls into matching paper baking cups and pack in Praline gift boxes.
