Peanut butter balls in chocolate
- 25563.75255 g peanut butter
- 12030120 g icing sugar
- 34085340 g chocolate drops vegan
- 16416 wooden toothpick
In a bowl mix the peanut butter and the icing sugar with your hands to form a smooth mixture. Depending on the consistency of peanut butter, a little less or a little more powdered sugar is may be needed.
Roll a tablespoon of the mixture together to form a total of 16 balls. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put a toothpick in the middle of each one. (This step facilitates the subsequent coating with chocolate.)
Place in the freezer until frozen.
For the coating, melt the chocolate in a hot water bath.
Take the peanut butter balls from the freezer. Individually dip the balls in the chocolate and put back on the baking sheet.
Gently pull out the toothpick and carefully cover the resulting hole immediately with a smooth surface. When smoothing a small tip is formed, which looks very pretty.
Allow the chocolate to cool completely until hardened. Only then put the balls into matching paper baking cups and pack in Praline gift boxes.

For a gift
Eight of the balls fit perfectly into a homemade chocolates gift box. So this recipe yields two gift boxes – unless you would like to eat them as well!
