Unbelievably juicy and slightly spicy through the ginger. The vegan nori burger from Alberts is made with lupin and is completely free from soy. The nori sheets and hoisin sauce give this burger an aromatic asian touch.


  • 200 g alberts LupinenBURGER
  • alberts LUSTreich "mit pepp" as a spread
  • 2 Finnkornbrötchen toasted, type of bread
  • 50 g ginger stripes pickled
  • 1 in tomato slices
  • 2 nori sheets
  • hoisin sauce
  • oil for frying


  • Fry the alberts LpinenBURGER in a hot frying pan with oil until brown and crisp and spread the lower bread half with LUSTreich. Layer with nori leaves (if you don't like them crispy, soak it a little in water), tomato slices and hoisin sauce.

  • Take the patties from the pan and place them on the tomatoes and cover with ginger stripes and the upper bread half.
