Mediterranian Pasta Salad

Pasta salad is still a classic dish for BBQ parties and buffets and makes every party guest happy. It's the perfect dish for summer and our version of it with green asparagus makes it very special and is a welcomed change to conventional recipes.


  • 200 g Fafalle Pasta
  • 4 tomatoes dried
  • 6 green asparagus
  • 1 handful rocket
  • 200 ml Follow your Heart Creamy Garlic Dressing
  • Salt, pepper and lemon juice


  • Cook the pasta according to instructions on the package. Then drain the water and rinse with cold water.

  • Cut dried tomatoes in thin stripes, grill asparagus and cut into long stripes.

  • Mix all ingredients together, fold in the Creamy Galic dressing and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
