Mediterranian Pasta Salad
- 200100200 g Fafalle Pasta
- 424 tomatoes dried
- 636 green asparagus
- 10.51 handful rocket
- 200100200 ml Follow your Heart Creamy Garlic Dressing
- Salt, pepper and lemon juice
Cook the pasta according to instructions on the package. Then drain the water and rinse with cold water.
Cut dried tomatoes in thin stripes, grill asparagus and cut into long stripes.
Mix all ingredients together, fold in the Creamy Galic dressing and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
