These hemp cookies are not only a big treat for chocoholics. The hemp make these cookies extra nutty and crunchy, it's a true taste experience. They are also the perfect gift for your loved ones.

  • Cooking time: 10 m


  • 150 g wheat flour type 550
  • 50 g hemp flour
  • 20 g arrowroot starch
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 100 g sugar cane raw
  • 2 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter_en vegan, softened
  • 30 ml plant-based drink


  • In a bowl, mix flour, starch, cocoa and sugar together.

  • Add the butter in crumbles and the plant-based drink. Knead the dough until smooth.

  • Flour a work surface and roll out the dough 3 mm thick. Cut out forms at approx. 7 cm diameter and place them on tray with baking paper. Bake at 190°C for 10-12 minutes.

  • Let the cookies cool down. Optionally, decorate the cookies with chocolate glaze, fondant or nuts.
