In a bowl, mix flour, starch, cocoa and sugar together.
Add the butter in crumbles and the plant-based drink. Knead the dough until smooth.
Flour a work surface and roll out the dough 3 mm thick. Cut out forms at approx. 7 cm diameter and place them on tray with baking paper. Bake at 190°C for 10-12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool down. Optionally, decorate the cookies with chocolate glaze, fondant or nuts.
