Fruit Balls Apricot

A healthy snack for on the go. These fruit balls are the ideal treat when you're feeling a little hungry at work or school. With the choice between 3 different flavours, you will never get bored.

Ingredients

apricot-sesame (ingredients for 40 pieces)
  • 125 g apricots whole, sweet
  • 50 g Marzipan
  • 30 g sesame unpeeled
  • 125 g almonds roasted, grounded
  • 1 knife tip vanilla powder bourbon
  • 4 tbsp. almond flakes a little crushed (for decoration)
apricot-sour cherry (ingredients for 40 pieces)
  • 125 g apricots whole, sweet
  • 100 g Marzipan
  • 100 g apricot kernels
  • 100 g cherries sour
  • 60 g coconut flakes
  • 10 pieces ginger sticks candied
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 2  tbsp. coconut flakes for decoration
apricot-tiger nut-cocoa (ingredients for 30 pieces)
  • 125 g apricots whole, sweet
  • 70 g Marzipan
  • 120 g tiger nuts roasted, grounded
  • 50 g almonds roasted, grounded
  • 1 TL cocoa powder low fat
  • 2 EL tiger nuts roasted and grounded, for decoration

Instructions

  • Cut the apricots into small pieces. Mix and chop them together with the other ingredients in a food processor. Then mix by hand in a bowl.

  • Form the mix into balls and roll in coconut flakes, almond flaces or tiger nuts until they are fully coated.

  • Let the fruit balls cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours until they are firm.

Hint:
The fruit balls last for about 3-4 weeks!
