Coconut Banana Bread
Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. Give parchment paper into a cake form.
Use a fork to mash the three bananas in a big bowl, then add backing powder, salt, oil, sugar and chocolate coconut cream and mix well.
Add cocoa, flour and oats and blend well with a hand mixer on full power until you have a smooth batter.
Add the cocoa nibs last. Then pour the dough into the cake form and bake for 60 minutes.
