Chocolate-Blueberry Energy Bars

These energy bars with hemp protein are full of antioxidants and flavonoids, which help repair free radical cell damage and help cell regeneration.

Ingredients

  • 150 g dates fresh or soaked, dried and pitted
  • 35 g almonds
  • 35 g blueberries
  • 3 tsp Veganz cocao nibs or toasted carob powder
  • 4 tsp flaxseed ground
  • 4 tsp Bio Veganz Hemp-Protein Powder
  • 4 tsp sesame seeds unpeeled
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
  • ½ tsp lemon peel grated
  • salt to taste
  • 100 g buckwheat cooked or sprouted
  • 75 g blueberries frozen

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except blueberries and buckwheat in a blender.

  • Knead buckwheat and blueberries by hand into a mass.

  • The combination of fresh and frozen blueberries provides the necessary consistency.

  • Shape the raw mix into bars and enjoy.
