Cacao Boost Cupcakes with Pink Flash Topping
- 100100100 g whole wheat flour
- 505050 g oats
- 100100100 g cane sugar
- 202020 g Bio Veganz Cacao Boost
- 222 tsp backing powder
- 111 tbsp carob
- 111 tbsp cocoa
- 111 pinch cinnamon
- 111 pinch salt
- 200200200 ml plant-based milk
- vanilla flavour
- 505050 ml coconut milk
Mix all ingredients for the cupcakes in a big bowl and bake them at 200 degrees celsius for 35 minutes.
In the meantime, mix all ingredients for the topping.
When the cupcakes have cooled down, give the topping on top of them and decorate them with goji berries, cocoa nibs and coconut flakes. Done!
