Cacao Boost Cupcakes with Pink Flash Topping

More superfood is impossible! Blogger and You Tuber Luisa - better known as Lulu Dreamtown, created a very special cupcake recipe for us, which is full to bursting with delicious superfoods. Next to our practical Cacao Boost Powder with Guarana, Maca and Reishi, she also used Veganz Coconut Cream and the Pink Flash Mix as topping. We are feeling light and inspired to try this ourselves! For the muffins
  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • 50 g oats
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 20 g Bio Veganz Cacao Boost
  • 2 tsp backing powder
  • 1 tbsp carob
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 ml plant-based milk
  • vanilla flavour
  • 50 ml coconut milk
For the topping


  • Mix all ingredients for the cupcakes in a big bowl and bake them at 200 degrees celsius for 35 minutes.

  • In the meantime, mix all ingredients for the topping.

  • When the cupcakes have cooled down, give the topping on top of them and decorate them with goji berries, cocoa nibs and coconut flakes. Done!
